 At Bharat Rubber Works, we believe that great things happen when people come together — and Udaan 2025 was a powerful reminder of that belief.

This year again, our teams from Pandhurna, Vasai, and Head Office came together for a three-day offsite designed to connect, inspire, and grow. From team training sessions and insightful discussions to bonding activities, every part of the event helped strengthen relationships and realign us with our shared purpose.

The Bharat Rubber Champions League sparked excitement and team spirit, while light-hearted games and informal moments gave teams a chance to bond and connect beyond the workplace. Unplugged Night added to the sense of joy and togetherness.

The event concluded with our prestigious Awards Night a moment to honour the dedication, effort, and excellence shown by our teams throughout the year.

Udaan 2025 reminded us that when we move forward together, there’s no limit to what we can achieve.
